Our policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gloup® purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Due to the nature of health products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to initiate a return

Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product or an error on our part.
